WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT ME??

  2. Amei Amber / September 28, 2015

do you lock out your knees? or have them slightly bent?

    • Amei Amber / January 30, 2016

      +Novislav, The Remover Thankyou 🙂

    • QQ ASDAS / March 24, 2016

+Novislav, The Remover What about locking your elbows with tricep dips?

    • John / March 24, 2016

+QQ ASDAS You should not do it, especially when it’s weighted dips.
Never lock out when it involves weighs for the joints and ligaments sake

I did it properly for the first time Monday and my hamstrings are still
    sore

thanks needed to know this for the 12 week shred

  6. Nathan Selman / January 15, 2016

Can you do this with a dead stop?

  7. James Lovett / February 19, 2016

I need to work on my hamstring flexability first because I can’t even touch
    my toes haha.

What is the name of the song at the start? Pretty sick beat

  10. Jeremy Rojas / March 12, 2016

Does each rep has to begin with the bar resting on the floor? I think in
the video it barely touches it

    • Jessica Rehll / April 4, 2016

No, go as far as you can and come back up.

  11. tyler gates / March 17, 2016

How the hell can you look like this .sheesh

    • Alex Zorzoris / July 11, 2016

about 5-6 years of dedication, hard work, and proper nutrition.

  12. BlaizinHot100 / March 24, 2016

Wouldnt this hurt your lower back though?

    • Hasti Karimi / April 3, 2016

No, it just really burns in the hamstrings

    • James Hill / June 2, 2016

It can if your glutes/hammies aren’t firing correctly. If you are
susceptible to lower back pain i would do a targeted lower body warm up
before doing these to make sure everything is firing and doing it’s job.

    • Alex Zorzoris / July 11, 2016

Only if youre lifting with your back.

  13. Youssif Almusawi / April 30, 2016

I got he same wrestling shoes!

  14. QQ ASDAS / May 26, 2016

I am 186 cm long and have long limbs. I feel my back is rounded when doing
    these.

    • Alexander de Montfort / July 7, 2016

I’m 195cm w/ long limbs and found that I only tended to round when using
heavy weights or if my core strength wasn’t up to the weight (I guess heavy
weight, again). Make sure to keep an eye on your chin positioning as this
will affect the curvature of the spine. If you haven’t already then only
use a suitable weight you can control through the whole ROM

    • OlavHaraldsonDenHellige ! / July 28, 2016

Watch Alan Thralls video on how to do a stiff leg deadlift. Keep in mind
      everyones deadlift will look different.

  15. femi32 / June 26, 2016

    I can’t go down that low….yet.

    • Alex Zorzoris / July 11, 2016

      decrease the weight then

    • femi32 / July 12, 2016

+Alex Zorzoris , it’s not the weight, it’s my hamstring flexibility.

    • Alex Zorzoris / July 12, 2016

+femi32 ohh, ok. then work on that!

  16. Noah Ruden / July 9, 2016

This guy has a tennis ball in his pants

  17. Angie N / July 12, 2016

    Nice “print” ;)

  18. Scott Rogers / August 2, 2016

I appreciate his instruction here. But his demonstration is off–he’s not
bending his knees at all which forces him then to start on the bottom with
shoulders below his hips. The bottom position can be slightly bent knees
(10-15°) and ideally a parallel back. Nothing wrong with lifting at a
deficit like this, but it’s more of a variation than a true stiff-leg.

    you make RDL not SLDL
