    You are correct. we must kill the bad fat and belly first to get the 6

    doing weighted pullups and one arm supported pullups.

      i do 600lb calves raises and less press over 1000lb…that wont do
      anything 🙂

      2 sets of 20 single leg squats each leg is more impressive than a 1000lb
      leg press. All about leverage.

    0:53 and question. You pull in to level in standing position. But there may
    be pull in laying on the ground position, right? And I do that exercise,
    but it’s very hard. How to learn this exercise? Maybe doing that like you
    at 0:53 in standing position? :P

    why don’t you do some curling exercises(headbangers,ring bicep curls)that
    isolate the biceps instead of pull ups and rows which do not hit the biceps
    so much?
