    Whats with all the comments on reps. 8-10 is definitely low reps for legs,
    max reps on legs is 15 to 20.

    Great video. The wonderful thing about this lady is that she doesn’t seem
    to have an ego problem with lifting light to demonstrate the performance of
    an exercise in its proper form. It is a refreshing change from a lot of
    guys who want to do the same really , but couldn’t bear to be seen without
    handling those tons .

    I have performed this lift with big weights(400 to 500lbs) very good
    movement for the front of the thighs. If your a not athletic try something
    else. Not an easy lift to do with heavy weights.

    Isn’t this about the same as a dead lift, the same muscles are used aren’t
    they? What are the advantages / differences between the two?

      just try it. do 3-4 sets with 10 reps and your quads will burn.

      +Joe Ehart VERY different. It uses very little lower back. They don’t even
      feel remotely close.

      +FSociety Guess I’ll have to try it to understand the real difference. I’ll
      have to wait though as I recently sustained a nice gastrocnemius/soleis
      tear. Pro tip: ALWAYS warm up properly!
