    thiss squat u idiot

    • Patricio Espinoza (Slycton) / August 31, 2015

+Bazel Merchad No, while the movement is very similar, the
dumbbell/barbell/any kind of weight is in a different place or position

    • mdevp p / October 6, 2015

+Bazel Merchad Dunno if its a squat, it not a dumbell deadlift tho, you’re
      right.

    • Music Account / February 11, 2016

      I agree. That’s a squat.

He’s not yelling…. He’s speaking loudly in an enclosed room with a cheap
    mic.

  3. vierundneunzig / February 2, 2016

just try it then you will see whether it is deadlift or not.

  4. TeethKnifeKwikAttack / February 7, 2016

How many reps and sets and what is an easy way to determine amount of
    weight?
    Thanks!

    • Zak / February 17, 2016

+TeethKnifeKwikAttack 3 set of 6-12 if you can do 12 on first set then
      raise weight

  5. gutaliam / February 11, 2016

I know this isn’t a conventional deadlift but isn’t keeping your hips
higher than your knees a key ingredient to a deadlift? This seems like more
    of a squat variation IMO

not fuller house ep 1 poundoa me harder daddy

  7. blad gonemad / March 8, 2016

this is more like a squat

  8. Digital Escapades / March 12, 2016

    Looks like a squat

    • Tea Dawg / March 14, 2016

      +Digital Escapades
I don’t think there’s much of a difference between dumbbell squats and
      dumbbell deadlifts.

  9. thynaruto / March 13, 2016

Isnt the hip too low? That looks more like a squat

    • max browne / March 16, 2016

+thynaruto i agree, not the correct form

    • Dan DCC91 / April 15, 2016

+thynaruto I’ve never even done the deadlift and even I know that looks
      like a squat.

  10. vivi44 / April 15, 2016

How’s this different from Dumbbell squats?

    • PJam Fitness / April 20, 2016

+vivi44 Deadlifts are primarily a lower back exercise, squats are designed
for the legs (mainly quadriceps and glutes). The execution is also
different, holding the dumbbells at the sides instead of the front would
engage the legs more than the back.

    • PJam Fitness / June 28, 2016

I think it’s a great exercise if that’s what you mean!

  11. Я Ilan Zatonski / April 26, 2016

Your abs looks like an emoji with its eyes closed.

  15. bowser515 / June 14, 2016

What is the difference between this and a dumbell squat? They look pretty
    much the same to me.

    • bowser515 / June 20, 2016

+Pike Fitness Yeah, I thought as much. Many thanks.

  16. Josh Bailey / July 8, 2016

Just a side note for those watching. Your knees should not turn in during
the concentric motion which is going up.

  17. Flowing Crimson / August 5, 2016

How do I gain the muscle to squat that low?

  18. Alessa Moreno / August 5, 2016
