      I bought his program yesterday
      strength= 2-5 min
      accessory movements 1-2 min
      these arms days are accessory movements
      now… since he said its a “pump” style workout I’d go for the one minute
      max, but i’m personally going for the 45 seconds
      I really suggest you guys buy his new program so you get the full benefit.

      well that can be because many things
      if you’re training to failure its only normal to feel weaker your next sets
      if rest time isn’t long enough
      if you decreased the rest time you’ll def have to lift lighter
      it can also be because of your cut
      or it can also be that you need to take a day or two off to let your CNS

      It’s a slow process bro.. Don’t race yourself.. It takes at least 3 months
      to really see difference and I’ve been at it for more than 2 years. Make
      sure you’re enjoying your workouts. If your current program is boring for
      you, change it. I’ve been doing Wendler’s 531 BoringButBig for 5 months and
      it’s been really good.

      sessions the next time you work out. So unless you’re working on endurance
      (15-20 reps), failure shouldn’t be suggested.

      This guy taking it up a notch will have increase the time he trains,
      increase what he eats and train heavier – which requires longer recovery,
      more sleep, limits what can be done on recovery days (could be a problem at
      work) and a load more things too. If he skips parts he will get fat or
      over-train, he’ll find himself getting weaker and other such complications.

      Or he can be content with his personal goal having been achieved and just
      do enough to maintain the size and strength.
