    You have a really good physique dude no homo and I can tell u work out hard
    just saying u should stick on doing 10-12 reps on the push downs

    Only go heavy on the mass builder tricep exercizes like skull crushers and
    French press like u did in the video going heavy on push down exercisizes
    will never make u sore they’re just tricep development exercizes
