      Hes pretty big, he just has to lower his body fat percentage, also his
      shoulders are lagging, probably genetics. Big round shoulders will even up
      the size of his tris and biceps, specially with lower body fat he will look

    The only way to get a heavier weight for the eccentric part of a dumbbell
    curl, to then lower slowly, a heavier weight, it to pump it up on the pull.
    If you can do excellent, perfect form bicep curls with 30lbs and you can do
    8 of those, to get the 40’s up for 5 reps, you got to use some knee or a
    little swaying in the tight core to get it up there, and when you do, don’t
    cheat yourself out of that hellacious hot belly eccentric SLOW part, that’s
    where I get the real burn without lifting to complete failure.
