    curling 15’s and doing 20 push-ups a day.

      Jake is right. I how you guys take a minute to think about it. You don’t
      get these results by simply doing 20 push ups a day a simply curling some
      dumbbells. If that was the case imagine how many rip guys will be walking
      the streets everyday. I spent 15 years of my life following these people in
      medias and social medias who have their own agenda and it didn’t work for
      me. I probably could have bought a house too worth the amount of money I
      spent in supplements. It is a lot of HARD to get rip and cut like this guy.
      Some people do it naturally but far more use steroids. I have nothing
      personally against steroids because i think they have a bad rap because
      most people (kids) ABUSE them instead of using them. Tylenol helps with
      Headaches but try taking more than 4000 mg a day and you could experience
      serious liver complications. But my thing is if you use steroids to achieve
      your results and dint want anyone to know you’re using that’s fine. Just do
      your thing and stay quiet. Don’t fool innocents people (mainly kids) with
      some bogus tips/routines/diet. Smh…

      You can get big arms by lifting 15s, as long as the workout is intense. 2
      years ago its all i had in my house, i lift them daily for 2 hours and in 6
      months i had bigger arms than dudes in gyms.

    People don’t realise the most tearing part of the exercise is not the up,
    but the reverse, the down part. It work the bicep best. And if you do it
    more slow, you hit them better and harder! That’s why you should go all the
    way up, so you have more range os motion to get them down. If you don’t go
    all the way up, as many advice, you will shorten the way you can get them
    down, the most effective part of this exercise. Think, eat and lift ;)
