    I am really pleased that I have been able to help a bit. Yes I would have
    no problem doing cardio even on a day that I do strength training. You will
    have to increase the carbs you eat if you are wanting to bulk. Thanks a ton

    The recognized rep range for building muscle is 8-12 reps per set. You have
    to make sure you have the right weight so you can make each rep count. That
    means the last few reps of your set must take a lot of concentration to do
    them properly with no cheating. Baz

    hi baz iam 30 now .3 years before i i used to go to gym .but i had stopped
    that since 2010 .sometimes i did pushups in ma home thats all. i have 70 kg
    weight and 180 cm height .i have acidity problems. not so severe. i dont
    want to take those protien suppliments or steroids. but i want my muscles
    get stronger and bigger.so give me a proper plan to achieve ma goal .

    Protein is muscle food and you have to have it in the form of food or made
    simple and convenient in shakes. It is not steroids. You can get anti-acid
    pills but have that checked with your Dr. I take Lansoprazole 30mg
    Gastro-resistant capsules from the Dr and it has fixed my problem of too
    much acid completely. I have sent you a training plan. Baz

    i have been using proper form for about 4 weeks and it is certainly better
    than going heavy because you know the next day you are going to be aching
    and thinking that was a good workout thanks for teaching me about form

    Correct form and making the muscle do all the work in the exercise is by
    far the best way to get results. It might not look so impressive with the
    amount you are lifting and many people in the gym will lift heavier but you
    will get the best and quickest results. I have just done a post that will

    Baz how many exercises per muscle group do you tend to do. I do about 4/5
    is that sufficient.

    I work very intense so I do 5 /6 sets of one basic exercise per muscle 2
    times a week. I normally do around 10 reps per set. I will often superset
    the last set I do to really give it my all. I do not believe you have to do
    3-4 different exercises per muscle to get a great looking body. I think it
    is totally different when you have a good build and you think about going
    professional. Then you need more time and take a much more scientific
    approach. Baz
