      well it’s better if u train your abs every two days instead of every single
      day. the belly muscles have to recover because the muscle mass is built
      during the recovery time after a workout. if you go hard on yourself every
      single day training the same muscle you won’t do great. if you want to see
      your abs fast, go jogging or do a cardio workout on abs-recovery days.

    Hi- I find it very difficult to do situps though crunches are fine- i get a
    slight uneasy pain in my neck and lower part of the skull- is there
    something Im doing wrong?

      Rest them with yourhands, i find that to be quite helpful

    I need to start doing this again. Last year my roommate and I started doing
    this three days a week. And it’s HARD, and you get sore afterwards, but
