    Pleased I stubled onto this movie. Really like You tube for this sort of
    info!My step brother had been bullied. He explained he was gonna get bigger
    muscle mass. I laughed… Til he added 40 pounds of absolute muscle mass.
    He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (look in Google). He does not get
    bullied any longer. I registered last week. And this guys emails are cool!!!

    Thanks a ton for the upload. Fall in love with You tube because of this
    kind of information. My homeboy used to be bullied. He explained he was
    about to get bigger. I chuckled… But then in only weeks he added 40
    pounds of natural lean muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible –
    look in Google. Not a soul dares to bully him these days. I subscribed a

    Hey, have you heard of “MuscLeader” (just search Google)? There you will
    find a great free video featuring the right way to develop noteworthy
    muscle mass quickly while shedding fat as well. Chris and many other guys

    is it normal that my biceps are sooo sore… like around the part of the
    elbow closest to joint? hurts to put my arms fully stretched lol it was my
    first barbell excersize (both arms equally gurt)

    You cannot work a “part” of a muscle such as the bicep.When muscle fibres
    hypertrophy,the whole length of that fibre gets bigger,not just part of
    it,so this “do it this way it works the front,side,peak etc” is
    incorrect.If it were the case we would have some odd looking muscles if we
    kept working them in certain planes of movement,and we would look & move a
    bit oddly! Second point you are lowering the weight too fast which is
    releasing tension on the working muscles.Slow down the negative part.

    Hi there, have you heard of “MUSCLEader” (have a look on Google)? On their
    website you will find a useful free video explaining how you can pack on
    notable muscle mass fast whilst burning unwanted fat as well. Kev and
    hundreds of guys with the same goal had good success using this
    methodology. Hopefully it works for you also.
