    I started a diet in july with my weight of 216 and im 5’4 in the month of
    july I lost 17 pounds I did cardio for 1 hour and I did her kickboxing
    video a few times a week August and September I slack of no exercise but I
    was still on my eating healthy habit and lost 8 pounds in does 2 months now
    I weight 191 ima start working out again using this video and the 30 day
    shed wish me good luck my goal by the end of a 30 day workout I want to
    lose from 15 to 20 pounds

      loss try Stiklind Bell Fitness Fixer (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard
      some decent things about it and my neighbor got cool success with it.

      Yea i had the same, but just keep it up and results will be fantastic!! I
      was doing this exercises together with some fantastic diet (google:” kates
      fitness journey diet”, and you will find it :)) and i can recommend it to
      everyone. Results was fantastic, and now i feel great. Good luck! 🙂

    Learned all my moves from this.. Usually do say 10 of them 20 times for
    three sets. Then 20 mins cardio on a bike. So good.

      whole foods plant based diet. That way you don’t have to restrict calories.

    you don’t want to lock your hips in a kettlebell swing. you want to squeeze
    your glutes together when you come back to the starting position.

    also, she mentioned the kettlebell is a total body explosive movements in
    your core base which is how you shed fat??? calories in vs calories out.
    being in a calorie deficit is how you lose fat

      It depends on you. If you feel the exercise isn’t challenging enough try
      level 2. I try to work out 5 times a week if my body permits.

    Am I the only one who keeps aggravating their back injuries with these
    workout routines? It seems that all the desire in the world is quickly
    tempered by my unrelenting lumbar pain which comes and goes in various
    degrees. My tip: don’t get older…

    Wow!! LOVE this! Thank you Jillian! I will purchase for sure! I started in
    2010 with Kettlenetics cardio, it comes with a 4 lb bell…worked up to a 7
    then a 10. I was definitely bored & I don’t think Michelle ever made more
    videos. I have switched things up with Jillian workouts in the past. I
    found this today! I used my 10 lb kettlebell and almost kept up with
    her!! SO excited to be excited again! Going to look into purchasing my
    next kettle bell weight as soon as I can keep with with her! Hmm, 12 or
    15? I wonder???

    Jillian Michaels is beast. I’m sweating like never before. In order for me
    to sweat this much I’d have to run 3 miles non-stop. Very effective, still
    shaking from those squat rotations was crying towards the end.
