      +BEAST MODE the thing people need to learn its not about the weight you can
      lift heavier than someone else its the weight you can lift heavier than
      yourself can lift, its to beat yourself every fucking day, to be stronger
      than your mind, to be stronger than the pain. That make you strong.

      +live4train Spot on I’ve been training since i was 16 I’m 27 now and
      believe me when I say I
      have gone up a few shirt sizes from applying what you just said right
      there. It
      looks simple enough but a rookie or someone who is new to working out, it
      takes
      practice and a lot of willpower to be able to push that pain you feel
      to the back of your mind like it`s not there so you can hit a new level,
      lift a
      little heavier, hit higher reps or train just that little bit longer.

    Great workout gentlemen. I tried this and it was great pump.i need to be
    iron addict certified.i met ct. At this past arnold in Columbus and just
    talkn to him for 2 min set my entire belief in his message!
