Mike trains Crazy on chest day – E.R.O.M Training

Build ripped muscle fast:

In today's video we're going to be working out my favorite muscle. Yup you guessed it… it's chest day! Today I'm going to show you how to make your chest grow, so you can get a strong chest fast. Exercises like this will help you get one step closer to the ripped, muscular body you've always wanted.

Workout breakdown:

3 Supersets (6 Exercises) / 6-8 Reps Per Exercise/ 5 Sets

Warm Up

Bench Press/ Wide Grip Bench Press

Incline Dumbbell Press/ Incline Dumbbell Flys

Cable Flys / Cable Flys (lighter weight/straighter arms)

How does I know it really works?

Most people don't know this, but I wasn't born muscular and ripped. I had to work my ass off to gain any muscle, but it was my goal to find a way to do it fast.       Having man boob means that is fat not meat, you have to train crazy to
      build muscle and lut meat over the muscle and also burn that boobs off 😀

    I’ve done those sets today but the problem is I did not feel anything in my
    chest, nor now hours after the workout.

    However, I did feel it in my arms and shoulders while doing the exercise..

    Any idea what’s up or what I need to do?

      It’s called a drop set. It’s where you drop the weight after going to
      failure on a heavier weight so that you can carry on going without burning
      out as quickly. 🙂

    Question. when going from lite to heavy. what should be the weight
    variances?

      Usually the best thing to do is drop it down to the next one. For example
      go from 20kg to 18kg to 16kg and just keep going down in small steps..
