    i smoke about 20 to 25 cigarettes a day and also smoke about 3 or 4 bowl
    packs of weed…. i just started working out about 2 weeks ago and im
    already seeing results which is leading me to get more serious with it. my
    cardio is probably just a little bit below the average person but i can
    finish a 5 on 5 full court basketball game but im basically dead
    afterwards. I was wondering if im still smoking but working out( 5 to 6
    times a week) focusing on cardio like once or twice a week, would i just be
    wasting my time?

      +Troy Stuart No. I serriously recommend you to avoid smoking. It kills you
      rapidly. Try to reduce number of cigarettes by 4 four days;

      was 13…. i want to stop so bad but it feels impossible… but thanks

      He’s just ended his bulking stage which allows him to gain insane strength
      but his body needs a lot more food. Now he is cutting so in about 4/6
      months he will be stronger but just as lean as he is here
