I appreciate this kind of movie. Like You tube because of this kind of
information. My relative used to be bullied. He explained he was intending
to get bigger muscles. I did not believe him. Right up until he packed on
40 pounds of pure muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible – Google
it. No one dares to intimidate the man anymore. I personally registered a
few days ago. Plus this guys emails are cool!!!

depends what results you are looking for….also, the best fight trainers
in the world disagree with you, so i’ll go with them. isolation is for
size, not full body strength and cardiovascular stamina.

Randy just answered the question I’ve been asking for a long time! Low
weight, high repetition is the way to go for MMA S&C!

There are many things wrong in this video, first of all huge weights do not
build muscle bulk, those huge bodybuilders only got this big by injecting
into their body huge amounts of hormones and chemicals that makes them
unnaturally big which makes them unhealthy in general, there are very thin
light people who can lift big weights 500 plus even women at 130 pounds of
body weight can deadlift 405 pounds easily, muscle strength does not equal
muscle size, and even though strength alone is not enough it is a very good
advantage point in a fight, skill, technique speed stamina and strength
comes into play, if anyone dismiss any of the above five points are a
    foolish fighter.

This is fantastic to lose that gut with. High intensity training, if you
    push yourself!

Has anyone added on some weight and muscle mass doing this workout?
Or is this more of a cardio and muscular endurance type thing? If
I can add on muscle working out like this, and it be functional
muscle mass that would work in a fight, that would be great.

You wouldn’t use this to put on weight. If that’s your goal I would
concentrate on compound movements like squat, bench press variations, rows,
etc, much of what is here, but instead of lighter weight done for intensity
you would concentrate on heavier weights so you reach failure at around 4-8
reps. Something like a reverse pyramid style is good. Then you take longer
breaks 2-3 minutes to recover and hit heavy weights again. Eating a lot
more will also be key. The gym is a small part, eating big is the other.
      Clean eating, but big eating.

Is it me or does he do the exercise wrong ? I mean, he moves a lot his hips
and never really do a 100% exercice (look for the split leg)

my only two concerns are the upright rows and good mornings not good
    exercises.

    what weight to start?

  15. Jason Downs / May 31, 2016

I did this workout today. First set was cake, but by the fourth set, it was
getting pretty nasty. By the fifth set, I was struggling. By the sixth set,
I had to drop the weights entirely midway and finish only using body
weight. It was a great workout. I think I’ll do it for a few months and see
what type of results I get. Does he say how many times a week we should do
this workout? I’m aiming for 2-3 times a week along with my cardio and judo
    training.

    • Seth Batterman / June 28, 2016

I wouldn’t do it more than 3x a week, especially if you’re doing other
      activities
