big man for the team, NYG and us fans respect you regardless what people
say. Good workout Tiki, gonna give it a try. Like the compound setup at the
    start.

Thanks Tiki ! Very helpful and insightful information through each
    exercise. Perfect!!

  12. Evans Physique / December 26, 2015

The fact that he doesn’t even know the name of the exercises and the weight
he is using is actually insulting.

  13. Flyboy16 / December 29, 2015

+Bmore24 t no he is not. did u see how giants fans reacted when he came
      back to stadium?

    • Bmore24 t / December 31, 2015

+Flyboy16 beceause he retired early and I’m a ravens fan not giants fan

    • Flyboy16 / January 1, 2016

+Bmore24 t he ditched the team in the middle of the season. he was good
      player but nothing special .

    • Bmore24 t / January 1, 2016

+Flyboy16 that was wack but he was special if he wasn’t then people
      wouldn’t care

  15. Clarkstowns Finest / January 14, 2016

    Tiki is weak af

    • Zane Brazil / March 26, 2016

Well….he did have a nine-year career as an NFL RB in the NFC East I might
add. Age and the beating he endured is taking it’s toll.

  16. stevhml / January 26, 2016

Damn I need to watch someone like James Harrison.

  17. Ryan Cummings / February 8, 2016

some of the worst hang clean form I’ve ever seen but at least he hit depth
    on the front squat

    • Hacky Sack / June 7, 2016

he also used his back too much on deadlift. But I think that kinda happens
with lighter weight. My warm up/cardio form is so trash compared to
      actually heavy eeight

  18. Javon Battle / April 27, 2016

    who’s stronger tiki or ronde

  19. ruffin76 / July 24, 2016

This is made for TV stuff y’all. Tik was a world class athlete at the
highest level. he can still move massive weight if he wants. just easier
    for TV not to.
