dont know if i can look like this naturally because im 6-1 and not black.

    • Eoghan Mac Uidhir / January 12, 2015

+Google Minus im not racist, I was using your own logic against you whether
or not i believe it is a different story.

    • Eoghan Mac Uidhir / January 12, 2015

+Google Minus I was unaware of your telepathic abilities, care to tell me
my opinions on politics? You obviously do care you started this whole thing.

    • thewangthatwas / January 29, 2015

Attention: might want to consider being black before attempting.
Warning: Once you go black you never go back.

    • TexasBassFishing / February 2, 2015

      vicsnatural did it

  2. Marios T / January 2, 2015

  4. Mills M / January 2, 2015

Is it bad to make the Dumbbells touch at the top of the rep when doing the
    seated dumbell press?

    • Coach Nhatty / January 2, 2015

It can throw you off balance if you touch at the top. After that it will be
snap city! Do slow and controlled movements to make better gainz!

    • Coach Nhatty / January 2, 2015

+PhysiquesOfGreatness Agree, going in a strait linear motion will be better
      for the delts!

    • Twodiverse / January 2, 2015

agree you will take the tension off the delts, but it will not be even a
second so I wouldnt worry about it, as long as you progress that 0,5 sec is
not gonna give you more results. And that my friend is my opinion, not
saying the universal truth here :DDD

    • Coach Nhatty / January 3, 2015

That’s right! Slow and steady with heavy weights will give you a hoe ready

    • Boguardis / November 18, 2015

+Coach Nhatty Gainz Yes, releasing the tension on your muscles will
decrease stability.. then what happens? Alll that weight goes back to your
muscles ripping your joints apart xD not a good thing.

  5. Jordan Sadler / January 2, 2015

Nice to see you’ve finally realised why your shoulders weren’t growing. You
always lifted too heavy and never came down deep enough! Looking awesome.

    • Jordan Sadler / January 2, 2015

      +PhysiquesOfGreatness Couldn’t agree more.

    • Jordan Sadler / January 16, 2015

      +Travis-2313 me?

  6. Brett Howe / January 2, 2015

is it bad if your back is arched?

    • PhysiquesOfGreatness / January 2, 2015

not bad on your back..but less tension willl goto the delts.and if you have
laggin delts.or any laggin bodypart.form needs to be fixed as perfect as
possible to fix the weak point

    • Brett Howe / January 2, 2015

      +PhysiquesOfGreatness alright thanks

  7. Ted Smith / November 28, 2015

You look great but isn’t 30 lbs per dumbell kind of light? I just watched a
video of some guy using 120 lb dumbells. A good video.

    • Ted Smith / November 28, 2015

+Ted Smith Approx. 60 lb dumbells?

    • Henry Soares / January 27, 2016
