You Big Brandon! When I do pushups my wrists hurt. Do you think I should
buy a pair od push up bars, so I dont put as much weight on my wrists?

    • Brandon Carter / January 20, 2014

      they will get stronger

    • Miki Jókay / January 20, 2014

    • abragdonjr1234 / October 7, 2014

i know it sounds strange but try them on your knuckles, it puts alot less
      strain on the wrist

    • Kaiser de Emperana / March 24, 2015

+Harres Dirksen if you really had master degree in nutrition and health,
you would know that nobody needs drugs to be 185lbs at 6’2. It’s just not
      necessary

    • Harres Dirksen / June 3, 2014

+Brandon Carter Youre right about that.., but you do need drugs to maintain
that muscle mass year round at that low bodyfat% of yours

    • SK Soul / July 16, 2014

+Harres Dirksen simply put, no you don’t. And I would love for you to try
      and prove me wrong.

The face pulling is a true fact.. I learnt that some years ago in some
trial that was done on TV, they let a group of guys try and open some
really tight jars that were tightened up the same for all the jars, only a
few of the jars were opened. Then they told them to not use any face
expressions and not to look like they were really trying hard, and they
all opened the jars the 2nd time. Apparently the energy you save from
pulling these faces is enough to give you the extra strength..and also
gives you a mind over matter advantage.

    How many sets do do?
(Bicep: drop 3 times, and then tricep: drop 3 times.) -> Equals 1 set..?
In that case, how many sets do i do of them..?

    • QuantumGeeks / September 22, 2014

Yes you do 3-3= 1set and you need to do 4set´s

  9. Jay Jay dat Jetplane / July 18, 2014

Try this with weighted pull ups and dips. 1st set is regular pull up (no
weight) to fail then regular dip (no weight) to fail then switch to 30lbs
assistance and do your 2nd pull up set then 2nd dip set then immediately
switch to 50lbs assistance and perform a set to failure of pull ups and
dips then repeat with 70lbs assistance. So basically its 8 consecutive sets
(4 pull up & 4 dips) to failure. This super-drop set helps muscle endurance
    and strength so much!

Youre 6 ft 2 and 185 pounds. Im 19 6 ft 3 and 205 ppounds. Im by no means
huge being in the gym for a year , have noticed changes and im a lot
stronger max 40kg shoulders for 5 reps. Main prob i got a super fast
metabolism coupled with the fact i play football too. Any tips on gaining
especially on my arms and shoulders. Its weird because my arms are almost
16 inches but because my arm is long it doesnt look as big as a short guy
    with 16 inch arms.

in this video plus i do “Carter Curls” . But i dont feel any pain… Does
it good or i need something to change in my workout ?

    • manicbassa / November 11, 2015

+Sujile go slower up…pause…then slower back down..then you’ll feel pain
      (burn) after a few reps
