  2. ContributesHD / July 9, 2015

My gym don’t have the tbar row machine what could I do to replace that

    • Debjit Sen / July 15, 2015

+ContributesHD bent over barbell row can be the replacement……..

    • 01sanguinius / August 25, 2015

+ContributesHD Use a bar, put all the plates on one end, then the other end
into a corner. Wrap a towel around the bar near the plates, and use it for
grip. Hey presto, T-bar rows. 😀

question This “series” is good for begginers?

    • -,' RED ',- / March 24, 2016

so how else do you build a foundation? 3 – 4 movements is really basic. in
my opinion, the best foundation builders for back are the pullups, dumbell
rows, t-bar row, and the lat pulldown. thats what i did when i started out.

    • brian' / April 25, 2016

Too much fucking volume bro aim for heavier sets instead and don’t ignore
      deadlifts

    • keum D / April 25, 2016

+brian’ do you think the serie “under the wings” with steve and felix
      valentino is good for begginers?

    • brian' / April 26, 2016

+keum D I haven’t seen it man but as a general rule shoot for 12-16 sets
      total

  6. unusualskillz / January 8, 2016

  13. Michael Vance / June 18, 2016

+Adrian Ramos you gotta work out for you don’t worry what other people
might say or you might as well not workout at all if your not doing it for
you and your worried what people might think you won’t get resoults

  15. juan z / July 13, 2016

Good workout, but not very good editing. We never see you do a complete
rep. Too much jumping from one view to another.

  16. hari krishna / July 17, 2016

I can’t do pull ups is any other exercises to cover it

    • Brandon Cobb / July 26, 2016

Lat pulldown, the seated version. Or assisted pullups.

  17. Turk 1 / July 26, 2016

    To Whom This May Concern:

It has come to my attention that I have hit somewhat of a nerve with
Steve’s followers with my year-old comment on him “juicing without the
fruits & vegetables” (sometimes I make myself LOL), but rest assured, I
meant it and I would like to take this opportunity to apologies to myself
for not writing that awesome comment much sooner. And while I do not have
any personal animosity against Mr. Cook himself — I do have a problem with
his batshit, and, extremely rude fanbase.

    Warm Regards,

    *T100*

    P.S. Suck it!
