      so how else do you build a foundation? 3 – 4 movements is really basic. in
      my opinion, the best foundation builders for back are the pullups, dumbell
      rows, t-bar row, and the lat pulldown. thats what i did when i started out.

    fruits & vegetables” (sometimes I make myself LOL), but rest assured, I
