THE BEST Lower Ab Workout


The lower abs are the hardest part of the abdomen to target but my new lower ab routine will work nothing but the lower abs and will put you on your way to a complete 6 pack and possibl 8 pack. One really helpful tip is to keep your abs flexed and tight during the exercises, rather than doing them loosely.

    I’m 13 years old and I did this workout and I didn’t really feel a burn
    does that mean I did it wrong? I felt a tiny burn

      Maybe you didn’t get a full range of motion? Try doing each exercise slowly
      with good form and getting a full range of motion

      This isn’t hard at all, try doing pull ups with weights and having your
      legs make a 90° angle at your waist at the same time. That’s a challenging
      and perfect exercise for the lower and upper body

      But I wouldn’t recommend for beginners
      If you can’t do at least 15 pull-ups non stop its ok

    Why is everyone here saying this video is so hard it really isn’t? I don’t
    want to sound like a prick but I’ve been doing Marine Corps Recon workouts
    given to me by my recruiter for like 7 months now and this is like half a
    warm up to me. I know different people have different physical capabilities
    but still this is not hard at all it takes less than 5 minutes

    not to be that guy. but the form at first is pretty bad. the bobbing of the
    hips is not good for lower back. need a anterior pelvic to hips in place
    during clients jacks etc….

      Do cardio in the mornings first thing. This is the best way to lower body
      fat to get those abs showing. Just remeber to hydrate. And go by time not a
      certain amount of laps. Start off with a good 30-45 minutes of cardio. Best
      of luck man!

      do some jogging on an empty stomach, right when you wake up. your body has
      nothing to convert to energy so it will burn fat faster
