      it gets bigger and stronger.

    how to add the ‘ultimate arms’ program with 5×5 program
    should i go like this
    Monday – first chest + then bicep (mass work out )
    tuesday – first back + then triceps (mass work out )
    wednesday – canceling arms work out . only abs + then bicep definition
    thursday – off
    friday – shoulder + tricep definition
    saturday -legs
    please tell me whether it’s ok or not

    @guru Hello sir.. you are truly an inspiration for all… sir actually ..
    the width of my biceps from front and back side is very less. There is no
    problem when it comes to side portion. I hope u understood what I’m trying
    to say…
    I have been doing many exercises for biceps but I’m not getting the width
    of my biceps from front and backside. Is there really something which can
    help me gaining width in front and backside of my biceps?

    Also by putting a band or strap around your arms or legs you get the blood
    flow it will be so beneficial if you want to gain size. The purpose for
    that is when you pumping during the pump the blood will flow into your
    muscles and there’s no way for it to get out then it will expand the muscle
    and you will see and increase. Also they call it lactic acid. So I guess
    you should put 2 arm bands instate of one. Other wise one arms grows bigger
    then the other.
