    lol sorry but this is some bullshit twins….how can you benchpress and not
    use your chest?!?! Unless you are some fucked up handicapped person that
    had his chestmuscles blown off by a bomb it is impossible to not use your
    chestmuscles. This guy just has shitty chest genetics and good tricep
    genetics, hear how he writes he doesn’t even train his triceps anymore and
    they still ”overpower” his chest.

    Its possible Mrj1r0,.. it can easily happen if your using a chest machine,
    but if your on the bench, you may feel abit on the chest but not as much if
    have a bad form… I had this problem until, I fix up my form…

    Everyone’s different on what works for them. Bench/Incline press HARDLY
    developed my chest at all, so I found two different exercises that targeted
    my chest perfectly; chest flies and tricep dips. (Recommend the deltoid fly
    and tricep dip machines if you can access a gym). Make an entire session of
    alternating between both exercises working sets of ten with as little rest
    time in between the exercises as possible until you exhaust yourself. My
    chest developed faster than ever.

    When I train chest I don’t feel my chest working but for the next couple
    days I get sore pecs and I always try to keep good form and add weight.Am I
    doing it correctly?

    I feel it better with dumbell benchpress than i do barbell, so i guess that
    means my form must be fucked up on the barbell bench right? Anyone else
    agree?

    Hi, have you tried “MUSCLEADER” (look on Google)? On their website you will
    find a good free video featuring how to build up noticeable muscle easily
    while reducing fat as well. Ryan and hundreds of guys with the same goal
    experienced positive results using this approach. Hopefully it works for
    you too…
