Dumbbell Lunges 4×6

Make sure that you also practice jumping while doing these exercises.

Only do these exercises twice per week so your legs get the proper rest.

    Great video. However, you’ll jump higher alright, especially when your wife
    kick you in the arse (lifting you off the ground) after she catches you
    using her nice dining room furniture as your workout equipment. At least
    put a towel down first, you’re asking for trouble — trust me! She must’ve
    been out of town when you shot this video.
