      the tendons just need to get used to it, use -5 lbs than you’re used to at
      first, you will slowly grt used to it

    Thanks, what should I do when my triceps are not balanced. should I use
    heavier weight for weaker arm??

      When you use dumbbells it evens out over time. If you want add 1-3 extra
      reps per set but dont increase weight
