    Hi the only thing i get tired of with doing these arm exercises everyday is
    that its nice when your arms are a little bigger and pumped up but when i
    miss a day or two training them then the PUMP goes away and then i have to
    repeat the process to get the size and pump back. Im just sayin it gets
    laborious everytime i have to do thirty pushups just to get that pump
    everytime i just want to go to the shop do you know what i mean..! Anyways

      +Urbun Spirituk you’re supposed to rest at least a day to allow your
      muscles to grow. otherwise you’ll be wasting your time and effort. he
      actually recommends twice a week with 2-3 day breaks

      +twizzum s ok well work your way up dont lift something you cant lift but
      the lightsr is bettet because you can get more reps in but heavier just
      makes you tired faster i suggest one or two lbs heavier

      +twizzum s well some gym trainers say to workout everyday some less than
      other but its also good to take break yes like train a week take 2 days off
      and make sure to drink muscle milk after workouts

    what about the weight? single weight for all or any suggestions?

      if you have single dumbell then switch arm. If you want faster gain then
      obviously lift heavier. Hope it helps
