guys i’m lifting 2.5 kg dumbbells, I did 1000 sets of various different
lifting motions today. Is that going to do anything?

I’ve been lifting for like a year now and my biggest issue is that my arms
are not getting wider, they have just gone forward if that makes sense?

    • Impunity Fifa / April 2, 2016

      +naruto shippuden ok man thanks

    • mikail khanzada / April 3, 2016

2.5 kgs is very light keep increasing the weight gradually

    • Impunity Fifa / April 3, 2016

+mikail khanzada guess I thought 2.5 kg would be fine bc I was lifting them
      1000’s of times.

    • James O'Neill / April 7, 2016

+Impunity Fifa right now your workouts are to much about muscular endurance
where there are low weights and lots of reps in a set. Where muscle growth
you need to improve your muscular strength this is done by have you idea of
heavy weights and dot about 3 reps with 5 sets

    • Corey Anderson / April 9, 2016

+Impunity Fifa go for 7.5 or 10? depends on how much you can light. do
12reps of 3sets on any heavy weight training and increase your food intake.
that serious you can workout your macros

+Tolis Apostolopoulos will my biceps pop if i go too fast? Im kinda scared

    • Tolis Apostolopoulos / April 29, 2016

as i said before u need to go slow with weights because if u go slow ur
biceps wil be bigger and stronger

    • MarPalushi_ / April 29, 2016

      +Tolis Apostolopoulos oh, thanks

    • Philgob / July 7, 2016

+Adil Reza not really you’ll get stronger rather than bigger

  18. Philgob / July 7, 2016

4 sets of 10 reps?! Is it normal that I get tired way before I’m done with
    4 sets?

    • Rem Ramirez / July 20, 2016

      u will get used to.

    • Joseph Bavone / July 27, 2016

It could be perfectly normal. If you are new to weightlifting, out of
shape, and/or are a smoker sometimes it can be tough to put up a few sets.
If you are tiring out too quickly, I suggest you lower the weight down and
aim for 15 reps or even more for increase of endurance. For maximum muscle
building you probably want to hit smaller muscles like biceps and triceps
with 4 to 6 sets with a total of 8 to 12 reps per set. Make sure you take
adequate breaks in between as to garner enough energy for the next set. Do
not take too long of a break either, you want to keep those muscles
activated. I have been doing biceps for over a month now and I am still
working with 15 lb dumbells. Started with 15 and havent moved up yet. I
worked out in the past so this is not anywhere near my first time.
Do not rush going all out with heavy weights. It could be bad for your form
and you can be overworking muscles. Good luck.

  19. xBanks / July 19, 2016

I want to work on my bicep/tricep, chest, shoulders and abs but I dont know
when to do them? How should i space them out through the week? Should I do
all of them in one session but cut out 2 sets from each? Please help.

  20. Sanjay Yajnas / July 27, 2016

I think this video helps me building my biceps.. pls tell me how weight
