If you are trying to increase the size of the "peak" of your biceps I have two great exercises that you can pick from to add to your current bicep routine. The goal with each of these exercises is to target the biceps brachii or "long head" of the biceps. By pulling your arms back and keeping the barbell / dumbbells as close to your body as possible, you disengage your deltoids from the movement which will allow you to solely focus on your biceps. Be sure to stay in control with every rep and you will be on your way to bigger biceps peaks in no time! #HTH
