Total Body Workout with Dumbbells and Bench. Phong's unique type of training keeps your muscles guessing and engaged. It's amazing what you can do with just a bench and a pair of dumbbells. You'll need a chair or bench and a set of dumbbells around 5-20lbs. Do this routine with as little rest as possible between moves, and repeat one more if you have it in you.
Many of you, especially men, have asked for a workout with equipment, so we asked Phong to come up with a killer strengthening series!

This series was made with guys in mind, but it will work just as well for the ladies!

      +lurotrish You can use a small sturdy table, high step, couch or a good old
      chair. If there’s a will there’s a way LOL.

    Really enjoyed this workout. It was well rounded and he gave modifications,
    which I needed. Can’t jump since meniscus surgery 6 mos ago. I also could
    no way do the plank push up with a clap, think I would break my nose. He
    also gave good tips. I used my step which is a good one but only has two
    tiers on each side, it worked well, but used a chair with the standing
    squat on one leg (I also kept my toes on the ground). I am 58 have to cut
    myself some slack lol´╗┐
