Fitness Blender just released a special edition 4 Week Fat Loss & Muscle
Building Program yesterday @ http://bit.ly/1Lw9tW3 – This is the perfect
workout plan for summer; 4 intense days of Fitness Blender workouts, with
the 5th day being an independent “Adventure” workout. The strategically
    scheduled FB workouts have everything you need to get a fit, healthy body;
lean muscle building strength training for the entire body, fat burning
HIIT/cardio, stretching for flexibility, and more. The 5th session of the
week is a #FBAdventure workout and what you do is completely up to you; it
should be something that you enjoy and that has you moving – the details
are up to you. You’ll never have a chance to get bored with this program as
you’ll literally be doing a unique workout every single day.

Workouts are scheduled four days a week, and average out to 36 minutes a
day. The only equipment the routines use is dumbbells.

What counts as a #FBAdventure workout?
Basically anything that meets these criteria:
    -You’re moving
    -You’re enjoying yourself

We’re doing the plan with you to stay fit over the summer! Check it out @

Hey Kelli & Daniel! I’ve been doing your YouTube workouts for months now
and have seen great results. I absolutely loved your 5 day fat loss program
here and so I’m definitely going to buy the full program. I love the fact
that your programs are totally affordable (I’m a college student). I’m
totally going to recommend you guys to everybody! 🙂 Thx for being so
awesome! <3 Love you guys! :)

First I’d like to say, Daniel you have a wonderful voice. 2nd I have a
slight problem. I did a workout today and my knees hurt and were
uncomfortable that the only way I could workout w/o them bothering me is do
low impact, really low. like no bending my knees. So on jumping jacks I did
low impact but standing up straight. However I did notice if I stuck my
butt out more doing a squat it didn’t bother me that bad. I’m only 20 years
old. Should I take a break and just do low impact for awhile? Maybe it’s my
form? Both my parents do have crappy joints. Also a total body workout vid
for people specifically with crappy joints would be awesome

    • Tanya Walker / June 27, 2015

+Cat Lynne Have you considered going to an orthopedic doctor or a
podiatrist? I used to have feet and knee pain and a podiatrist fit me for
      orthotics. Think on it.

    • salanee / July 3, 2015

+Cat Lynne go to doctor . I had the big problem with knees so I can’t do
      some workouts

  8. Carmen Sita / July 12, 2015

Just wondering. Are there any new workouts on the way? Seems it has been a
    while since the last one.

    • FitnessBlender / July 12, 2015

+Carmen Sita There are always more new workouts on the way 🙂 Right now
      we’re in a planning/development stage for the fall & the future – we’ve got
a lot of exciting stuff we’re working on and our website & YouTube channel
gets over 35 million combined hits a month, which makes for a lot of
behind-the-scenes work for our very small team to keep up with. We also
need a little time off to enjoy summer, family, friends & each other. Don’t
worry, we aren’t leaving you guys, we’re just planning more good stuff for
      you!

    • Carmen Sita / July 13, 2015

Thanks so much for your reply. Totally understandable!
In the meantime I’ll just keep on using your older videos 🙂

    • Atheer T / July 22, 2016

  11. Cristina Basile / September 18, 2015

I loved this one. As a distance runner, these areas (arms and core) often
get ignored. This was great as it targeted both! Thank you guys for awesome
    videos like this :).

  12. Lillie Belle / October 15, 2015

Very nice job shredding those arms!! I know I’m gonna feel it way more
    tomorrow… jelly arms!

  13. Amanda Currul / December 16, 2015

This is my all-time favorite upper body routine! I’ve done it dozens of
times and as long as I’m picking good weights it never gets boring. Thank
you so much, your whole site is awesome!

  14. Samantha Benson / December 31, 2015

this is one of my favorite upper body workouts! I would love to see you
    guys do another one :)

This one is great to tack on after a bout of cardio of some sort,
especially as there is no warm up. I did ‘At Home Cardio Workout to Burn
Fat and Tone’ and then moved on to this one. Now I feel like I got in a
great workout today, even while giving my poor sore lower body a rest after
a brutal strength session yesterday. Now my shoulders are sore to match
(the good kind of sore, of course).

  17. Nissi Osue / March 5, 2016

lol im still sore from it. did it 2 days ago and im still crying lol

  18. Monique Bobb / March 23, 2016

  19. Hala Ismail / May 7, 2016
