    I’ve got a question for your next q&a.
    I am 16 years old.
    And at my fase 2 of p90x.
    Are the supplements good or bad for someone of my age? And i wanted to
    thank you for everything.
    Since september i lost about 14kg (power90 and now p90x)

      It’s the thing we all can’t escape. Quite honestly though, at age 55, this
      guy is in phenomenal shape. I’m sure you can agree with that. Also,
      everyone’s talking about bulkiness and size, but in reality it’s all about
      being athletic and how much you can endure. Then again, to each their
      own. Some of the greatest warriors in history were not about bulky size.

      +Harold Tavarez Well, he actually said he doesn’t do much upper body
      anymore because he’s a huge ski fan, and even in the summer he trains for
      the season. Have you seen his legs? Lol

    Those Pterodactyl kickbacks seem like they can put a lot of pressure on
    your hip joints. Especially if you’re 6’2 and taller like me. I would
    recommend standing kick backs with you knees slightly bent, shoulder width
    apart. The kickback shouldn’t be as high too, 30-45 degrees past your
    back at most with a heavy weight.

    Hi Tony I don’t know if you read comments here man but I really need some
    of your advice my brother. I’ve just finished P90X3 I was wondering whether
    I could substitute these vids on Youtube with the equivalents in P90X3
    combined with your cardio jobs or even some Insanity..? I’ve been
    struggling getting the results I want and I’d love to hear what you think.
