    Depends what you aim to achieve? For muscle do more reps rather than heavy
    weight and less reps. Do it till your traps burn then no more oor you will
    over do and not gain muscle

    I really like this video clip. Like You tube because of this type of
    information… My homeboy had been bullied. He explained he was intending
    to grow muscle and strength. I didn’t believe him. But then without warning
    he added 40 pounds of natural muscle. He made use of the Muscle Building
