    Do hip extensions for glutes, squats or step ups for the quadriceps and
    calf raises for calves. You’ll jump higher and run faster. As you get
    stronger, you can use dumbbells instead of ankle weights. Maximus100 holds

    Ankle weights are good i was in pt after my heart transplant i used various
    excercise movement with ankle weights as well with using a machine that
    made you squat weight with just you legs also did lunges it helped me i
    seen first signs of results in 2 weeks

      +jackson jones May I ask you a question?? I was thinking of getting some
      ankle weights myself, but I heard they can really cause injuries will it
      hurt me later if I do hip extensions and stuff like that?

    ankle weights are good start light and slow it helped me I have muscular
    dystrophy so it help me alot
